1. Launch a fundraising campaign aimed at securing the necessary funds to establish a fully equipped health clinic that meets the needs of the local community, with a focus on providing primary healthcare and emergency services.

2. Form a supervisory committee composed of representatives from the organizing entities of the conference, along with experts in the medical and administrative fields, to oversee the fundraising efforts and ensure the project’s transparent implementation.

3. Open a dedicated bank account to receive donations, with periodic reports published on the collected funds and their allocation to ensure transparency and credibility.

4. Initiate awareness campaigns through media outlets and social media platforms to mobilize labor unions, organizations, and community support, while encouraging individuals and institutions to contribute to the project.

5. Set a project timeline to ensure that the construction and equipping phases are completed within [expected duration], with continuous monitoring to guarantee implementation according to the established plans.
